To maintain professionalism and ensure the integrity of our corporate partnerships, all businesses placing corporate orders with Kulu Wear are required to complete our Corporate Registration Form.

 

 

1. Business Verification

• Customers must provide legal business details during registration, including:

• Business name (matching state/federal registration)

• EIN or Tax ID (for U.S. entities)

• Business address

• Point of contact information (name, title, email, phone)

• This verification ensures that Kulu Wear is working with legitimate business entities only.

• Kulu Wear reserves the right to decline orders if provided information cannot be verified.

 

 

2. Free Primary Logo Upload

• As part of registration, businesses may upload one primary logo/design at no cost.

• This logo will be kept on file to simplify future orders and reorders.

• Additional logos/design uploads are subject to a setup fee.

• Customers remain solely responsible for confirming that they own or have rights to the uploaded design(s).

 

 

3. Confidentiality of Business Information

• All information submitted through the Corporate Registration Form (including business documents, logos, and designs) is kept strictly confidential.

• Kulu Wear does not sell, trade, or share customer data with any third parties, except as required by law.

• Registration data is used exclusively for:

• Processing orders

• Maintaining customer records

• Providing customer support

 

 

4. Legal Protection & Liability

• By registering with Kulu Wear, the customer certifies that all submitted information is true and accurate.

• The customer affirms they have full legal rights to any logos, trademarks, or designs submitted.

• Kulu Wear is not liable for trademark or copyright disputes arising from customer-submitted materials.

• Any attempt to submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information may result in order cancellation, account termination, and/or legal action.

A: Yes. One primary logo upload is free during registration. Additional logos may be added to your account later, subject to a logo setup fee.

 

Q: What happens if my business cannot be verified?

A: If your registration information cannot be verified, we will contact you for clarification. Orders may be delayed or declined if verification is not possible.
