Kulu Wear Corporate Advantage Program Policies

To protect both your business and Kulu Wear L.L.C., the following terms apply to all corporate orders under this program:

1. Eligibility

• Discounts apply only to purchases made under the Corporate Orders category at kuluwear.shop.

• Orders must meet the stated spending thresholds (before taxes, shipping, or fees) to qualify for each tier.

 

2. Discount Application

• Discounts are automatically applied at checkout once the order subtotal meets the required threshold.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or special offers unless explicitly stated.

 

3. Customization Policy

• All uploaded designs must comply with Kulu Wear’s Customization & Design Upload Policies (no copyrighted, offensive, or prohibited material).

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of logos, text, and files submitted. Kulu Wear will not be held liable for spelling errors, low-resolution uploads, or unauthorized artwork provided by the customer.

 

4. Order Processing & Lead Times

• Processing times vary depending on order size, customization complexity, and stock availability. Estimated delivery times will be provided after order confirmation.

• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

 

5. Cancellations & Returns

• Corporate orders are considered final sale once production has begun.

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by Kulu Wear.

• Cancellations requested after production begins are not eligible for a refund.

 

6. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless alternative arrangements are made in writing.

• For approved accounts, invoicing and net payment terms may be available.

 

7. Legal & Liability Disclaimer

• By placing a corporate order, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kulu Wear L.L.C., its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to designs, logos, or content uploaded.

• Kulu Wear reserves the right to reject or cancel any order that violates these policies or company standards.

• Kulu Wear reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Corporate Advantage Program at any time without prior notice.
