Kulu Wear Customization & Design Upload Policies

At Kulu Wear L.L.C., we value creativity and self-expression. Our Control Your Experience customization options allow you to personalize products with your own artwork, logos, or text. To protect both our customers and our business, the following policies apply to all custom uploads:

1. Customer Responsibility

By uploading content, you affirm that you own the rights to the design or have obtained proper permissions to use it.
You agree that your submission will not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy rights, or publicity rights of any other individual, brand, or entity.
Kulu Wear is not liable for any disputes or claims resulting from designs you provide. Responsibility rests with the uploader.

2. Prohibited Content

To maintain a safe, lawful, and respectful shopping environment, we do not accept designs that contain or promote:

Copyrighted or trademarked material (logos, characters, brand names, slogans, images) unless you own the rights or have written authorization.
Hate speech, harassment, or defamation, including derogatory language targeting race, ethnicity, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.
Obscenity or adult content, including pornography, sexually explicit graphics, or profane text.
Violence, weapons, or threats, including images or text promoting self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity.
Drugs or controlled substances, including imagery that promotes or glorifies illegal drug use.
False or misleading claims, including impersonation of brands, businesses, organizations, or individuals.

Any uploads violating these terms will be rejected, and orders may be canceled without refund.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

Kulu Wear will not reproduce, resell, or use your uploaded designs for any purpose outside of fulfilling your order.
You grant Kulu Wear a limited, non-exclusive license to print and produce your uploaded design only for your order(s).
You retain ownership of your original artwork.

4. Quality & Formatting Guidelines

File formats: Accepted formats include .PNG, .JPG, .SVG, or .PDF.
Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for clear print quality. Low-resolution uploads may appear pixelated or blurry.
Colors: Colors may vary slightly between digital previews and printed products due to screen and printing differences.
Sizing & Placement: Uploaded designs must fit within designated print areas. Kulu Wear may resize or adjust designs slightly to ensure proper placement.

5. Order Review & Approval

All custom uploads are subject to review. Kulu Wear reserves the right to reject or request changes to any design at our discretion.
If a design is flagged, we will contact you for adjustments. If no response is received within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be canceled.
Final proof approvals (where applicable) are binding. Once approved, no changes can be made.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Custom products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or error caused by Kulu Wear.
Upload errors (e.g., low-resolution images, spelling mistakes, incorrect files) are the customer’s responsibility and not eligible for free replacements.
Refunds will not be issued for orders canceled due to violation of these policies.

7. Legal Disclaimer

By using our customization services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kulu Wear L.L.C., its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your uploaded content.
Kulu Wear reserves the right to update these policies at any time to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards.
